Abstract
An unpublished letter from Oscar Wilde to actor Florence West sheds light on Wilde's involvement in the theater after his release from prison in 1897. The letter, held at the Norfolk Record Office in the UK, congratulates West on her performance in "A Woman of No Importance" and discusses various theatrical productions. Wilde's references to these plays allow us to date the correspondence and reconstruct the content of West's letter. The letter provides evidence of Wilde's continued interest in the theater during his final years. [Extracted from the article]
