Abstract

This article discusses the four pillars of innovation that every organization needs. The author conducted interviews with 50 leaders across various industries to identify these pillars. The first pillar is trend sensing, which involves tracking emerging trends and their implications. The second pillar is strategic partnerships, where organizations collaborate with external entities to foster innovation. The third pillar is intrapreneur programs, which provide a structured way for employees to develop their ideas within the organization. The fourth pillar is innovation communities, which facilitate informal connections and exchanges of ideas among innovators. By implementing these pillars, organizations can improve their innovation capabilities. [Extracted from the article]
