Abstract

The article discusses the shortage of textile engineers and technical operators in Azerbaijan's textile sector, as highlighted by a representative from SIAR Research and Consulting Group. Currently, only about five percent of the workforce is employed in this sector, with women constituting 44 percent of that workforce.
