Abstract
The article focuses on how Generation Alpha, born from 2010 to 2025, is growing up in a world defined by constant exposure to tragedy through digital platforms. It highlights how this generation faces the mental health impacts of witnessing racial violence, school shootings, climate disasters, and social instability, shaping them into what the author calls the "Tragedy Generation."
