Abstract
The article titled "Genocide: It's Not a Mistake, It's a Policy" by Dennis Small discusses the intentional elimination of millions of human beings through acts of genocide. The author argues that this policy of mass killing can be reversed through a policy of peace through development, which values the dignity and sanctity of human life. The article also highlights historical figures, such as Prince Philip, Bertrand Russell, and Thomas Malthus, who have expressed support for population control through war, disease, and famine. The author suggests that this Malthusian policy has influenced the British Imperial oligarchy and the U.S. Establishment, including the State Department. The article concludes by promoting a conference organized by the Schiller Institute that aims to find peaceful solutions to conflicts in the Middle East. [Extracted from the article]
