Abstract
This article encourages companies to understand and react to their stakeholders’—consumers' and/or employees'—uncertainty by becoming sources of predictability, certitude and stability to build trust. The article highlights examples of these characteristics in practice, including Kaspi Bank’s answer to rumors and Honeywell's furlough strategy.
