Abstract

The article examines Utah's initiative to enhance equitable, patient-centered contraceptive access. Topics discussed include implication of the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health on contraceptive access, purpose of Utah's Family Planning Elevated (FEP) contraceptive access program, and a supplement published by the journal which outlined the principles and frameworks that should form the foundation of statewide contraceptive access initiatives (SCAis) to prevent harm.
