Abstract
The article focuses on the Trump Organization's plans to develop its first branded tower in Australia, a 91-storey building in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. The project will include 272 luxury residences, a private beach club, shops, and restaurants, with an estimated cost of nearly A$1.5 billion (approximately $1.1 billion). Developed by Altus Property Group Ltd., the tower is anticipated to become the tallest building in Australia.
