Abstract
A recent study conducted by the Lehigh@NasdaqCenter surveyed 450 professionals to determine the key factors for developing networking skills. The study found that networking skills can be developed regardless of age, gender, career stage, or level of extroversion or introversion. The study identified five key factors that can boost introverts' ability to network successfully: cognitive flexibility, a promotion focus, perceived prowess, persistence, and a future-focused temporal orientation. By improving in these areas, anyone can become a successful networker, regardless of their personality type. [Extracted from the article]
