Abstract

An interview with Indian artist and director Karan Kandhari about his debut film "Sister Midnight," which focuses on a woman who was dragged into an unhappy and arranged marriage and experiences chaotic events, is presented. Topics discussed include the claim of Kandhari that he is a bit of an anarchist when it comes to form and his love for the works of film director Robert Altman, and the themes of the film, which are entering adulthood and embracing the responsibilities the come with it.
