Abstract

The Chinese Journal of International Law has published a special section on the Russia-Ukraine conflict, consisting of two articles. The journal serves as a platform for reflection and discussion, with the authors responsible for their own positions. The conflict raises important issues, with different perspectives on the causes and solutions. The journal invites readers to submit responses for consideration, and it is noted that the Editor-in-Chief did not participate in the decision-making for this special section. The section was edited by Xiaohui Wu, a Visiting Fellow at the Chinese Institute of International Law. [Extracted from the article]
