Abstract

This article presents how emotional acknowledgment influences interpersonal trust in the post-pandemic work environment. Topics include how emotional acknowledgment can strengthen social relationships and build trust at work between colleagues as well as when this acknowledgment can backfire and how to weigh the costs and benefits before trying out this process.
