This article focuses on a systematic review and meta-analysis evaluating the effectiveness of nurse-delivered logotherapy-based interventions in psychiatric and community nursing, conducted by researchers at Eulji University in Gyeonggi Do, South Korea. The review included 19 studies published between 1950 and January 2025, finding that these interventions significantly improved meaning in life and reduced depression among adult populations. The interventions were typically group-based and delivered over one to eight sessions, with larger effects observed in older participants.
