Abstract

Currently under construction, Saudi Arabia's "Jeddah Tower" is set to take over Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa and become the newest world's tallest building.With a height of over 1km, the skyscraper will feature corporate offices, residences and hotels, Architectural Digest reported.The Jeddah tower also known as the Kingdom tower, will be home to the world's highest observatory.A "three-petal footprint," which forms an aerodynamic shape in homes and lowers wind load, is one of the design's primary features.Another noteworthy feature includes, the dynamic lift that will function within this structure at a speed of 10 metres per second.
