Abstract

The article discusses the highlights of the public symposium on the history of human beings in the Great basin region in Oregon held on November 5-6, 2022. Topics mentioned include the struggle of the decline in salmon, the process of making bows, the effect of climate change and a description of fragments of tules, basketwork and sinew.
