In order to ensure that the quality of services remains consistent, managers of food service operations standardize a number of different aspects of operations. The organizational role theory and the emotion regulation theory served as the guiding basis for this investigation. The information was acquired by the use of a questionnaire method on its own independently. Originality/value – The data that was acquired from individuals who have been working in the various industries for a longer amount of time helps to permit the empirical evidence, which indicates that the data is original and valuable.
