Abstract

The article focuses on the efforts of the Diné College Nits'Ad d66 idahwiil'aah Fellowship Program to reconnect Navajopeople with their homelands and challenge rigid colonial notions of place and identity. Topics include the historical impact of colonialism on Navajo land and culture, the intellectual and cultural revitalization of the Navajo Nation, and the evolving economic and political contributions of Navajos both on and off the reservation.
