Abstract

The organization has developed digital tools to assist independent agents in navigating the hard market and has invested in initiatives like Catalyit to enhance technology utilization. Additionally, the Big “I” is advocating for legal reforms to address issues such as third-party litigation funding that contribute to rising insurance costs.
