Abstract

The article focuses on the consequences of the President Donald Trump administration's executive orders 14281, 14173, and 14151, which promote a color-blind racial ideology that undermines diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives in the U.S. It argues that these policies falsely frame efforts to address structural racism as favoritism, dismissing the systemic barriers that women, people of color, and persons with disabilities face in education, and scientific research.
