Neurodivergence refers to the ways in which someone's brain operates differently from societal norms. Examples of neurodivergent profiles include autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. The article emphasizes that neurodivergent individuals have unique talents and skills that can benefit companies. It also provides practical strategies for creating more equitable learning experiences, such as avoiding lecture-based training, providing clear instructions, using plain language, and minimizing sensory overload.
