Abstract
Simone Biles, the most decorated gymnast in history, is not only training for her third Olympic Games but also changing the sport itself. She has five gymnastics moves named after her and continues to raise the stakes with her skills. Biles has also had a significant impact on the culture of elite gymnastics, encouraging a more lighthearted and enjoyable atmosphere. Despite facing the challenges of the sexual-abuse scandal in USA Gymnastics and her own mental health struggles, Biles remains an inspiration and role model for athletes worldwide.
