Abstract

The article presents a study which carried out a literature review after selecting 107 manuscripts to determine the state of academic research on the sexual exploitation of children in travel and tourism. Topics discussed include ways to combat the sexual exploitation of children, methodology of the study, and productivity and impact metrics obtained from the analysis of the literature.
