Abstract
The NFL has announced that it will continue its partnership with Jay-Z's Roc Nation to produce the Super Bowl halftime show. The deal, which began in 2019, involves Roc Nation advising on the selection of artists for the NFL's performances and also supporting the league's inspire change program. The previous deal was worth $25 million over five years, but the value and duration of the new deal have not been disclosed. This partnership was established in response to criticism of the NFL's handling of Colin Kaepernick's protest, and since then, artists like Rihanna, The Weeknd, and Shakira have performed at the Super Bowl. Kendrick Lamar is set to perform at the next Super Bowl. [Extracted from the article]
