Olecranon Stress Fracture in an Adolescent Lacrosse Player.

The article presents a case study of a 16-year-old lacrosse player who experienced persistent elbow pain. Despite initial nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication and rest, the symptoms persisted. The patient underwent physical therapy and was later diagnosed with a stress fracture of the olecranon, leading to activity modification and recovery without the need for surgery or supervised rehabilitation.
