Abstract

The article focuses on research conducted in Beijing, People's Republic of China, regarding Emotion Regulation Choice (ERC) in high-precision shooting sports. The study examines how emotional intensity and time constraints affect athletes' strategies for managing emotions, revealing a preference for reappraisal under low emotional intensity and distraction under high intensity, particularly when time is limited.
