Abstract

The article discusses a study by the Australian Football League(AFL) to survey year nine students and analyze the data to understand the factors that induce people to attend AFL matches. The article focuses on topics such as the statistical methods that students can use to analyze the data, the importance of inferential questions in statistics, and the process of conducting the survey using hand made data cards.
