Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted in Levanger, Norway, which investigates the combined effects of 15 Hz beta-frequency binaural beats and preferred music on the recovery and performance of amateur kickboxers. The research involved nineteen participants who underwent simulated combat under three conditions: preferred music, binaural beats with preferred music, and a control group. Results indicated that the combination of binaural beats and preferred music significantly enhanced striking performance, cardiovascular responses, and psychological parameters compared to the other conditions. The findings suggest that this combination could be beneficial for optimizing performance in amateur combat sports training. [Extracted from the article]
