Abstract
A study conducted at Firat University in Elazig, Turkey, examined the effects of mandala coloring on fatigue, psychological well-being, and coping with stress in patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. The study involved 60 patients, with half in the intervention group and half in the control group. The intervention group colored mandalas once a week for 2 hours over an 8-week period. The results showed improvements in fatigue severity, psychological well-being, and coping strategies in the intervention group compared to the control group.
