Abstract

Missy Elliott, the hip-hop superstar, is making a big return to the spotlight after overcoming health issues and anxiety. She is preparing for her upcoming tour, Out of This World—The Missy Elliott Experience, which will feature her close friends and collaborators Ciara and Busta Rhymes. Elliott's break from the music industry was partly due to her battle with Graves' disease, which led to weight loss and depression. Despite her larger-than-life persona, Elliott considers herself an introvert and has struggled with severe anxiety. She is excited to be back and grateful for her good health.
