Abstract
This article from "All About History" provides insights into Amelia Earhart's flight essentials during her expeditions in the 1920s and 1930s. Earhart preferred to travel light, carrying only the bare essentials to maximize fuel load and minimize weight. Her flight essentials included goggles, a flight suit, small nutritious snacks like chocolate and eggs, a Thermos flask for drinks, and smelling salts to stay awake during long flights. Despite carrying a small silk US flag on her journeys, it was not with her on her final flight in 1937 when she disappeared. [Extracted from the article]
