Abstract

Recent research underscores the intelligence boost in nonhomogeneous workplace teams, emphasizing that diverse backgrounds positively impact group behavior and enhance thinking. Studies, including mock juries and simulated markets, reveal that diverse teams improve discussion, reduce errors, and excel in decision-making and pricing accuracy. Diverse teams promote constant reexamination of facts, objectivity, and careful information processing, preventing biases and errors. Gender and cultural diversity in leadership correlate with increased innovation and new product development. Enriching employee pools by incorporating individuals from various genders, ethnicities, and nationalities fosters intellectual potential, challenges assumptions, and contributes to overall organizational success.
