The article discusses the silent epidemic of women's deaths in Iraq. Topics include the alleged suicide of al-Basra psychiatrist Ban Ziyad on August 4, 2025, the Human Rights Watch's World Report 2025 about women and girls in Iraq, and statistics on women's killings in Iraq both before and after 2023.
