Abstract
Leguizamón's I Seeds of Power i is a beautifully written, nuanced, complex, yet easy to read and honest look at the heart of Argentina's soy producing region, the Pampas. Leguizamón explains the contours of the new knowledge-based farming paradigm, which is less dependent on knowledge of soils and plants and much more on logistics, subcontracting and business management. Leguizamón's argument is historicized but tackles the core issues of agrarian development in Argentina today. [Extracted from the article]
