Abstract

Constructive Postmodernism offers a transformative perspective on ecological sustainability and human creativity, challenging the mechanistic and individualistic paradigms of modernity. This paper explores its two core tenets--holistic organicism and the value system of creative living--as frameworks for addressing global ecological crises and fostering human potential. Holistic organicism redefines the relationship between humanity and nature, emphasizing interdependence and systemic balance, as exemplified by tropical rainforest ecosystems and China's Saihanba Afforestation Project. Meanwhile, the creative living paradigm advocates for innovation, cross-disciplinary thinking, and resilience, illustrated by figures like Steve Jobs and Tu Youyou. Constructive Postmodernism thus provides a philosophical foundation for sustainable development, collaborative problem-solving, and the cultivation of creativity in education and society.
