Abstract

An editorial is presented which expresses the views of Rosalind Dixon and Mila Versteeg on the issue of gender bias in academic citation practices, advocating for improved citation habits to address the under-citation of female scholars. Topics include the structural factors contributing to citation disparities, the impact of academic workload and the "publish or perish" mentality, and proposed solutions for enhancing academic citizenship and equitable citation practices in legal scholarship.
