Abstract
A new species of Titanidiops Simon, 1903 is described from Sudan, Titanidiops logunovi sp. nov. based on a holotype male from Galegu in the south of the country. It differs from other known congeners and the many African species currently misplaced in Idiops Perty, 1833 based on a combination of palpal bulb, tibial, and sternal morphology.
