Biography

Kristin joined EBSCO Information Services in early 2019 when her company, Stacks Inc., was acquired by EBSCO. Ms. Delwo now serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer, leading EBSCO's digital strategy.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Kristin's roots are in library systems. Early in her career, she was a systems administrator and management consultant at a large multi-type consortia and Head Librarian at a muncipal public library. She helped pioneer early APIs and Mobile Apps while leading major migrations and digital transformations for all types of libraries. She leveraged this knowledge & insight to found Stacks Inc., a SaaS company designed to modernize and integrate the library website, app and content management experience.

Stacks gained global adoption with Kristin becoming VP of SaaS Product & Technology Innovation. Through this path, she essentially bridged the gap between traditional libraries and modern cloud-based digital ecosystems, making her one of the more influential figures in library technology transformation.

Kristin has more recently turned her expertise to workforce and credentialing technology. She founded and leads EBSCOed, a division within EBSCO focused on digitizing and verifying educational credentials. Considered a pioneering thought leader in this space, she contributes to the creation and evolution of standards like the IEEE.1484.2. Her most prominent project is the Alabama Talent Triad, where she serves as technology founder & lead of this influential work.
