We at NoveList are always searching for ways to help libraries raise awareness of their collections. In 2016 this quest led us to partner with Zepheira to offer linked library service to libraries of all sizes. It was a perfect match – Zepheira takes a library’s MARC records and makes them findable on the web; NoveList then enhances those records with our rich metadata and provides the library with even more opportunities to connect with their community.

This partnership has grown over the past four years, and we are beyond pleased to announce that EBSCO recently acquired Zepheira. We are eager to see how we can further combine Zepheira’s expertise and technologies with EBSCO’s resources, library collections, and open web resources.

Danielle Borasky, VP of NoveList, is looking forward to this next step, saying “We know how important it is for libraries to be more visible and connected to their communities. We have been working with Zepheira to help libraries increase their reach and expand their data, making their collections available to a wider audience. With this acquisition, we look to continue our mission to make it easy for patrons to find the information they need through their library, anytime, anywhere.”
