We are restricting international travel to essential travel outside of areas designated as Level 3 risk by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and the WHO (World Health Organization) and will not allow travel to areas designated as Level 3 risk.  We will continue in-country travel within areas not designated as Level 3 risk by the CDC and WHO, but will respect the wishes of our customers, prospects, and partners by replacing visits with alternative communication methods if they desire to limit visitors.

The COVID-19 situation is not causing any negative impact on the products or services that we provide to our customers, and we are actively monitoring and planning in order to minimize any potential impact in the future.  We realize that, with the uncertain conditions around the spread of COVID-19, our customers want to continue to provide the best possible experience for all users, regardless of their global location.  Our EBSCO products are available to all authorized users, including students and faculty who may be abroad, and our business continuity preparedness has put us in a strong position to uphold levels of service and support, while maintaining the highest levels of caution for the health and well-being of our employees.
