Orders are placed in Mosaic, validated in real time using Alma’s validation lists, and automatically created in Alma via API-based ordering. Purchase order line (POL) identifiers flow back into Mosaic and appear on invoices, cataloging records, and the storefront, streamlining the acquisitions workflow.
Mosaic invoices can be batched and output in EDI format, then posted to a Mosaic SFTP location for retrieval. PDF invoices can also be posted to this same location for retrieval to further streamline the acquisitions workflow.
Integration is supported for Alma and FOLIO. Additional ILSs will be supported in the near future.
Place orders in Mosaic using real-time FOLIO validation lists and apply FOLIO order templates for streamlined, API-based integration. Orders sync automatically with FOLIO, and order identifiers appear in Mosaic invoices. Mosaic/FOLIO interoperability arrives with the FOLIO Trillium Release.
