Users can now save a search directly from the search results page via the Search actions kabob menu, with the ability to designate a Name and Description for a saved search. Searches can be edited from within the My dashboard feature and users can designate optional Name and/or Description values.
AI Insights Summaries assist users in assessing an article's relevance to their research by providing a new button in the result list. This feature uses Generative AI to create on-demand summaries of 2-5 key points, based on the full text of the article. An AI Insight is grounded in the full-text of the article.
Search Modes and Expanders are now available on the New UI for EBSCOhost, EDS and Explora. They are located on the Advanced Search in a newly added tab called “Search Options”. All existing EBSCOadmin configuration options selected by the customer are being honored:
– The customer’s default Search Mode
– The customer’s default Expander(s)
– Expander(s) selected for display on the interface
Users can search FMO in additional languages, including several languages that use non-Latin characters
Field codes that are unique to certain EBSCOhost databases are now available from the Advanced Search page
Improve the patron empowerment user experience by displaying detailed/specific errors to the patron when actions cannot be completed

Many users who reach the EBSCO log in page attempt to log in by entering their institutional email address in the username field. With this enhancement, if the email domain has been configured as a trusted email domain for the institution, the user will be asked if they'd like to access EBSCO through their institution's preferred authentication method
Users can expand the abbreviated abstract to show the full abstract from the results list while using EBSCOhost, EBSCO Discovery Service, and Explora profiles
