We are excited to introduce "Company Discovery Pages," a new feature in BSI designed to enhance your business research experience. This feature will provide comprehensive Company Discovery Pages for several thousand companies, consolidating various materials and artifacts into a single, intuitive view. Each page will include a Company Smart Panel which will include details such as headquarters, CEO, ticker number, employee count, and more when data is available. Additionally, researchers will see top competitors, industry reports, SWOT analyses, case studies, articles, videos, and more!
For those who previously used the Company Information portal in Classic BSI, the new Company Discovery Pages will serve as its enhanced successor, offering the same detailed company information with additional intuitive features. Please note that only the Company Smart Panel will be available in EBSCOhost.
NoveList Select is now available in the latest versions of EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) and EBSCOhost, enhancing these interfaces with detailed book recommendations, series titles in reading order, and other helpful information from NoveList to assist both library staff and users in finding great next reads with expertly curated read-alikes.
Library administrators will be able to configure and use their institution's SAML Single Sign-On (such as OpenAthens, MS Entra, or Shibboleth) for access to EBSCO Experience Manager. This work will allow for more secure, standard authentication and role-based access control for EEM, an interface where product configuration is increasingly homed. Administrators can easily connect to their SAML Identity Provider using the setup wizard, and granularly manage permissions for administrative access.
Links to the following authorities are now available on the left-hand navigation pane of EDS, EBSCOhost, and Explora profiles when the relevant databases are enabled:

The PICOT guided search tool has been updated in the following ways: Descriptive text has been added that helps busy medical users understand how to run a PICOT search, with a link to an updated Connect page; a “Clear all” button was added to clear all PICOT search boxes; and the Boolean operator inserted between “Intervention” and “Comparison” changed from OR to AND, so the search string displays on the Advanced Search page as follows: Population/Problem AND (Intervention AND Comparison) AND Outcome AND Time. Users are welcome to modify this prior to running the search, by manually changing the search query on the Advanced Search page.
The PICOT tool is disabled by default. However, customers or EBSCO Support can enable it via the Configuration module in EBSCO Experience Manager.
Related Items, previously only available on select Explora interfaces, has been added to all interfaces including EDS and EBSCOhost. This feature shows on both the detailed record and in the full text viewer and lists all other articles included in the same issue or edition of the record you are currently viewing, serving as a way to navigate through articles and chapters in a given issue.
